We had some shoddy work done to our house years ago that left our roof leaking where our small addon was connected to the house. It became much worse after the last few big storms so, based on other reviews and interviewing Zef we hired him to fix the problem. He immediately saw the root of the problem and was able to come while I was at work, tear out the old rotten materials and fix it all in just a few hours. I couldn't even tell they had come because they cleaned up after themselves so well. Two days later we had that line of storms come ripping through our area and then non stop rain for over a day and it didn't leak not even one drop. We are very thankful to have found Zef Construction.

I would, and plan to, hire Zef Construction again to do some additional work.

The owner is courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable about many aspects of construction and remodeling, and meticulous in his work, as well as the work of his employees. They work fast with great attention to detail, and the owner keeps the homeowner advised if any deviation from original work plans is needed, getting authorization prior to implementing any modifications. Daily cleanup of the work area is performed. This company is an all around winner.
